Here we have a set of 2 Rare Art Deco Bentwood Rocking Chair Banana Armchairs, Halabala style from the 1930’s. These bentwood banana rocking chairs are extremely collectible and rare to find. Raised on oak runners with sprung joists. These chairs are around 90 years years old. They have been re-upholstered in chocolate brown leather. There are a couple of marks on the leather, from wear and some dent marks on one of the chairs from storage. These chairs are in storage, we moved and cannot fit them into our property. The wooden frame is solid. The wooden arms are in good condition but have slight scratches due to age. The chairs rock well and the springs look fine from a visible point of view.
